Players train 2X per week with the option of 5 or 10 weeks.

Each player will:
We focus on knee bend, posture, balance and efficient movement. We will build a foundation of proper technique through repetition and correction of one key skill at a time. Speed will increase once players master each skill. Pucks will also be introduced in some of the drills upon skill mastery.
Dryland training is not included in this fee but there will be private lesson & small group dryland training options for strength/speed & shooting/stick skills. Contact email@example.com for more information.
