This program is for players that are serious about working on their skating ability.
Each player will:
- improve skating speed and efficiency
- learn proper posture, stride mechanics and glide mechanics
- be provided feedback, reinforcement, and correction
SKATING SKILLS
- Forward stride, edges, crossovers
- Backward stride, edges, crossovers
- Pivots, transitions, step-outs
- Starts - first three steps
- Stops & quick changes in direction
- Glide efficiency
- Stride efficiency
